In the present matter the technical bid of the petitioner is rejected on the ground that the technical bid is "technically disqualified as experience / undertaking / affidavit is modified". In another matter Writ Petition bearing No.8683 of 2021 between the petitioner and respondent no.2, wherein the technical bid of the petitioner was rejected on the same ground, we have granted opportunity to the petitioner therein to file representation. Naturally, the grounds are the same in both the matters and the parties are also the same.

The respondent shall consider the observations made by us in Writ Petition No.8683 of 2021 while reconsidering the representation of the petitioner on its own merits.
