Mr. Deshpande, the learned A.S.G. for the respondent submits that the petitioner has alternate remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

In light of that, though Mr. Gaware, learned counsel for the petitioner sought to canvas submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same.

Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open.
