PER COURT :- 1.

We have heard the strenuous submissions of Shri Bolkar, learned Advocate for the petitioner. We find that the petitioner has not approached the authorities for a One Time Settlement with regard to his loan transaction. This Court cannot direct any financial institution to accept an application for One Time Settlement, per force. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would move the appropriate authorities within six weeks from today for the consideration of his request for a One Time Settlement. 3.
