The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as "Shikshan Sevak" (Exh. 'F') and as an Assistant Teacher (Exh. 'H') are pending with the authorities and the same are not yet decided. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case, the proposals seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a "Shikshan Sevak" (Exh. 'F') and as an Assistant Teacher (Exh. "H') are pending with the Respondent No. 2, then the Respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.
