The petitioners seek directions against the respondents to decide the tribe claim pending with respondent No.2 Committee since January 2018.

The learned AGP accepts notice for both the respondents. In case, the validation proceeding is pending with the Committee, considering that the petitioners are exploring possibility of admission to the professional course, may endeavour to decide the same by 10th October, 2021.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 23rd August, 2021.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
