The petitioner has filed the proceedings before the Arbitrator in the year 2011, 2015 and 2018, the same are not yet decided. 2.

If the petitioner has filed the proceedings under Section 3H(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956 before the Arbitrator and the same are pending with the Arbitrator, then considering the long time span from 2011 and 2015, the Arbitrator may endeavour to decide the same on its own merits expeditiously after hearing all parties concerned preferably within nine (9) months.
