Order :- 1.

The petitioner, who claims to be belonging to "Koli Mahadeo" a Scheduled Tribe, is claiming benefit of employment as against seat reserved for scheduled tribe category. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner places on record a copy of order dated 08-07-2016 appointing the petitioner as Forest Guard provisionally. A copy of order is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification purpose. 2.

Appointment of the petitioner shall be subject to outcome of proceedings in respect of tribe certificate verification claim pending with respondent No. 3 - Committee. No coercive action be taken against the petitioner until disposal of such verification claim by the Scrutiny Committee. Respondent No. 3 - Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the proposal in respect of tribe certificate verification pertaining to

2 WP-7525.16 the petitioner, which is pending before it, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today and it is accordingly directed.
