Learned advocates appearing for the parties agree that this writ petition involves similar issues as raised in Writ Petition No. 15261/2019, which we have allowed minutes before, except that the Zillla Parishad and the date of the impugned order are different.

In such view of the matter, the order passed in Writ Petition No.15261/2019 shall govern this writ petition too. The order under challenge stands set aside and the relevant Zilla Parishad shall proceed in the manner, as directed by such order.

This writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
