Learned A.G.P. raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has remedy of appeal.

We have also heard Mr. Mahajan, the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the alternate remedy available, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All the contentions are kept open. In case such appeal is filed, the Authority shall decide the same expeditiously. 4.
