The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has appeared for NEET examination. The validation proceeding is pending. The petitioner has also filed say to the vigilance report and the matter was heard on the same day i.e. 29/10/2020. However, the Committee again on one aspect has directed re-enquiry by the vigilance. The petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course.

Considering the above, the Committee may endeavour to decide the validation proceedings by 15th November 2020. The petitioners may appear before the Committee on 6th November 2020.
