Heard rival submissions also perused the report of mediator alongwith the consent terms. It appears that the parties have amicably settled the matter through mediation process and also entered into consent terms annexed with the mediation report. The Division Bench of this Court by relying upon the consent terms has already quashed the F.I.R. against husband and his relatives on 19.10.2022.

As such, since the parties have amicably settled the matter as per the consent terms, the present application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Needless to say that the interim stay granted in this matter stands vacated.

The parties may file similar consent terms like the consent terms filed herein, before the Family Court at Bandra. (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE .....
