The co-applicant has already been permitted to withdraw his share in the amount of compensation deposited in this Court. The other one has now preferred the application for withdrawal. In view of the same, the applicant herein is also permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of his share i.e. one half share in the amount of compensation in deposit with this Court. The amount be paid to the applicant against furnishing undertaking to the extent to the extent of 25% of the amount. The balance amount be paid as against solvent security/ surety or Bank guarantee. Civil Application stands disposed of.
