It is submitted by the learned AGP for respondents no.1 and 3 and Mr.Adwant, the learned counsel for respondent no.2 that whatever construction made by the petitioner affecting the development of the Samrudhi Maha Marg has been demolished. The learned counsel for petitioner also accepts this fact. The learned advocate for petitioner submits that still there are about 10 to 12 rooms beyond the area under the Samrudhi Maha Marg and petitioner would require 3 months time to shift from the said place. 2] As the entire construction affecting the Samrudhi Maha Marg has been removed, the petitioner shall not make any further construction affecting the Samrudhi Maha Marg. If beyond the area affected under the Samrudhi Maha Marg, petitioner has some construction and same is not permissible then the petitioner would remove the same within 3 months from today.
