I have heard the learned Advocate for the applicants who are respondents in the writ petition. None present for the petitioners. 2.

By C.A.No.5470/2000, the applicant prays for vacating the interim relief granted by this court on 01/08/2000. Since the relief granted by this Court is in operation for almost 18 years and as the writ petition is listed for final hearing, this civil application is disposed of.

By civil application No.4205/2001, the applicant prays that the khs/JAN,2018/5470-d

order dated 02/11/2000 passed by respondent No.7 / Additional Collector, Dhule be quashed and set aside and the quota of kerosene be allotted to the petitioner. This relief, if granted, would virtually amount to allowing the writ petition. This civil application is, therefore, disposed of with the observation that the order dated 02/11/2000 shall be subject to the result of the writ petition. 4.

In C.A.No.10805/2011, the applicant prays for listing the writ petition for final hearing. Since WP No.215/1998 is already listed for final hearing, this civil application does not survive and stands disposed of.

As none is present on behalf of the petitioners today, list WP No.215/1998 for final hearing on 02/02/2018.
