PER COURT:- 1.

On the ground of validity certificate is not submitted the impugned communication is issued to the petitioner, thereby stopping salary from June 2019 onwards.

Under order dated 28.02.2019 in Writ Petition No.2916/2019 this Court had directed the Committee to decide the validation proceedings within ten weeks. The same is not yet decided. 3.

In fact, the protection granted to the petitioner would continue till the proceedings are decided by the Committee.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding expeditiously now.

The impugned

(2) 1062-wp-8410-2019 communication is quashed and set aside. The respondents shall not withhold the salary of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The respondent-employer may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
