This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.0131/2022, registered at Sonai Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

After having heard the learned Advocate for the applicants, this Court expressed disinclination to grant the application of applicant No.1 Gulab. He, therefore, came around to withdraw his application.

The Bail Application of applicant No.1 - Gulab, thus, stands disposed of as withdrawn.

So far as regards applicant No.2 - Karan is concerned, he alleged to have assaulted the mother of the informant with an iron rod. The injury certificate of the informant's mother indicates her to have suffered simple injury. The applicant No.2 Karan is in jail for little over 40 days. Considering his role in the alleged offence, I am inclined to grant his application. Hence, following order:

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Application of applicant No.2 is allowed. (ii)The applicant No.2 - Karan be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0131/2022, registered at Sonai Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/-

(( 3 )) 984-BA-1184-2022 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with surety bond of the like amount.

(iii)The applicant No.2 shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
