After hearing the learned advocates for both the sides, when this Court expressed disinclination to allow the writ petition, the learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file revision in the Sessions Court at Beed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, leave granted. The criminal writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The learned counsel for petitioner further prays for giving

902 WP.938.2023.odt directions to the respondents to suo-moto appear before the Sessions Court at Beed in the revision. The learned counsel for respondents submits that he will at the most instruct the respondents to appear. The respondents are directed to appear before the Sessions Court at Beed in the revision suo-moto.

The Court concerned dealing with the revision alongwith the application for condonation of delay, is directed to decide the same as expeditiously as possible, in any case within three months. The learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave for getting back the original documents. Leave granted.
