After hearing the parties for sometime it transpires that the petitioner is ready to supply the information as sought by respondent No.5 in Item No.1 in application dated 04-122018 and also Item No.1 in another application of the same date under Right to Information Act. So far as Item No. 2 it cannot be given since it is in respect of personal information in respect of another employee. Item at Sr. Nos. 3, 4 and 5 respondents already possesses those copies. Hence, no order is necessary. In respect of Item No. 6 at page No. 36 can be given. 2.

Learned advocate for the petitioner further makes a statement that if the authorities i.e. Director of Marketing Federation, Maharashtra State, Pune before whom the appeal of the respondent No.6 is pending directs the petitioner, the same will be produced before the said authority.

By recording the statement the petition can be disposed off conveniently.

The impugned order passed by the Right to Information Commissioner stands modified to that extent. 5.

The petition stands disposed off.

In view of the disposal of the petition, if any notices are re-issued in non-compliance of the information stands recalled.
