The applicant respondent No. 1 in the Second Appeal submits that after the filing of this application, some more amounts have been deposited in this Court by the appellant. He, therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw this application, so as to file a comprehensive application making the same request for withdrawal of amounts deposited in this Court.

Considering the above, this application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. However it is made clear that
the said application would be considered on it's own merit. 3.
The interim relief granted earlier in Second Appeal No. 74/1999 to continue.
