This petition seeks a limited relief of direction to respondent No. 2 - the Scrutiny Committee for deciding the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously. This Court is informed that the vigilance enquiry report was served upon the petitioners and response thereto has also been filed.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are students, respondent No. 2 - the Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the tribe claims of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible, and preferably on or before 14.08.2025.

The writ petition is disposed of.
