The petitioner seeks appointment as a Shikshan Sevak. At present, petitioner is working as a Lab Assistant. The petitioner relies on the GR dated 10.06.2005.

Mr. Sangeet, the learned advocate submits that, three posts of Assistant Teacher / Shikshan Sevak are available, but are meant for reserved category. The petitioner is from open category. 3.

The case of the petitioner shall be considered as and when the post of Shikshan Sevak / Assistant Teacher is available for open (general) category.
