He submits that respondent No.3 died during pendency of writ petition. Respondent No.3 is survived by legal representatives as shown in paragraph No.7 of application. Notice of this application was issued to proposed legal representatives. Report of Bailiff shows that legal representatives are served, however, none appears.

940_CA_7995_2023 Considering submissions advanced, case is made out to allow the application. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'D'.
