Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. He submits that the service book of the petitioner is complete. He further submits that though the petitioner had made representations to Respondent No.4 on 11.01.2016, 12.02.2016 and 17.03.2016, the same have not been considered.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Headmaster, inspite of
56-wp7515 repeated requests, is not taking steps to complete the Service Book of the petitioner. In the circumstances, we dispose of the Writ Petition with direction to Respondent No.5 - Headmaster to complete the service Book of the petitioner, as expeditiously, as possible and preferably within ten (10) weeks from today. 3.
We also direct respondent No.4 - Education Officer (Secondary) to take appropriate decision on the representations/applications made by the petitioner, if already not taken, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of four months from today.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

The parties shall act upon authenticated copy of this order.
