The petitioners had filed application on 10/4/19 seeking rental compensation. The authority should have some breathing time to decide. It is hardly after 21⁄2 months the petition is filed seeking directions. No doubt the authority would endeavour to decide applications of the petitioners expeditiously. If the competent authority does not decide the applications of the petitioners for rental compensation within reasonable time, then the petitioners may move the Court.
