PER COURT :- The order impugned in the instant petition, clamping injunction against the petitioner - original defendant is passed on 15.6.2015 and the same is operative since about nine months. It is informed that, the recording of evidence on behalf of the plaintiff is complete and the evidence of defendant is to be recorded by the Trial Court. In this view of the matter, without entering into the merits of the controversy, this writ petition can be disposed of with direction to the Trial Court to decide the Special Civil Suit No.48/2014 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
