PER COURT :- This is an application, seeking quashment of the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) on 21.3.2016, refusing registration of the Writ Petition.

Heard.

For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial), refusing registration of the petition is quashed and set aside. Delay occurred in presenting the petition is condoned. The petitioner shall comply with the Office objections within four weeks from today. In the event of failure, the order passed in the instant Civil Application shall be deemed to have been recalled.
