It appears that since January 2022, though liberty has been granted to the applicants to file charge-sheet, it has not been filed and chances have been given. The copy of charge-sheet be also filed within two weeks subject to deposit of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad. A copy of chargesheet and the amended application be given to the other side in advance. 3.
