The learned Counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an application for discharge in case charge is not already framed. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Consequently, Criminal Application No.1169 of 2015 also stands disposed of.

However, we make it clear that in case charge is already framed, then there is no question of

908.14crwp granting liberty for filing applications for discharge. We further make it clear that such liberty will be available for three weeks from today. In case, such applications are filed, the concerned Court to decide the same, expeditiously.
