By this petition, the petitioners are praying for transfer of sessions case pending before the Kopargaon Court to any other Court. Now, the said sessions case has been transferred to Sessions Judge, Rahata. Hence, the petition can be disposed of. The learned counsel for respondents submits that only three witnesses remained to be examined.

Considering the submissions of all the learned counsel, the criminal writ petition is disposed of.

The fees of Ms. Sayali Tekale, learned appointed counsel is quantified as Rs.5,000/- and it is to be paid through the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.
