Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.61 of 2024, registered with Bhadgaon Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506 of the IPC.

It has been alleged against the applicant that when he was asked to take his vehicle by the side, he took a razor from his pocket, assaulted the injured and caused injury to his neck. The applicant was arrested. The razor has been recovered from the spot of the incident. Since March 2024, he is behind bar. The charge sheet has been filed, but prosecution is waiting for
58-BA.1218-24.odt the C.A. report. The C. A. report may take its time. He is a young boy of 26 years old having no antecedents to his discredit. Therefore, it would not be safe to keep him with harden criminal in jail. He deserves bail by imposing certain conditions. Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant RAVINDRA SANTOSH PATIL be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount, on the following conditions :
(a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(b) He shall stay away from village Bhadgaon for four months from the date of his release. (c) He shall attend the trial on each and every date.
