Learned counsel for both sides are present along with appellant and respondent no. 1. They state that there is a compromise arrived at between the parties, whereby, the appellants have accepted the fact that they have purchased the land admeasuring 9 Acres 32 Gunthas by two sale deeds dated 19th February, 1974, from Survey No. 145/1 and respondents / vendors also confirm that the land to the said extent is sold by them to the plaintiffs / appellants. These statements made across bar in presence of respective parties are accepted. 2.

Both counsels further state, on instructions, that respective parties would be bound by their statement made before this Court. 1/2
