Mr. Kale, learned counsel appearing for the claimants submits that in the above referred order and chart filed in the respective matters, some numbers of first appeals i.e. FA/2360/2017, FA/2037/2017, FA/2385/2017(FAST/22140/2017), FA/2438/2017 (FAST/21814/2017) and one Land Acquisition Reference No. 499/2003 are typed inadvertently. Instead of above, the numbers are required to be corrected as FA/2438/2017, FA/2369/2017, FA/2039/2017, FA/2360/2017 and L.A.R. 460/2003. 3.

A chart dated 25/09/2021 to that effect has been provided by learned counsel for claimants. Same is taken on record and marked ' X' for identification.

Mr. Phule, learned A.G.P. and Mr. Torde, learned counsel for the acquiring body concede to this position.
