The applicant/petitioner submits that a service dispute is involved in the Writ Petition. By order dated 09/08/2011, notice on Rule was issued and was made returnable early. By order dated 20/01/2012 Civil Application No. 471/2012, was allowed and the Writ Petition was listed for final hearing, out of turn. 2.
