We have listed this petition suo-moto for carrying out correction in the judgment dated 17.03.2023. In paragraph No.6, we had scored out the words "reserved for the on account of his" and "certificate". The said portion was marked with a strike through symbol (a). Inadvertently, these words were not deleted from paragraph No.6. 2.

Similarly, in paragraph No.5, one word in the second last line on internal page No.3, "conceded", was to be deleted by affixing the strike through symbol. The said word inadvertently appears in the uploaded copy, with the symbol.
