1) It appears that the petitioner is dead. Death certificate is produced on record. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has confirmed that the petitioner is dead. The petitioner is convicted and sentenced for offence under section 325 of the Indian Penal Code. Nobody has come forward to prosecute the matter. The petition is disposed of as infructuous.
