The petitioner's proposal is pending with the Scrutiny Committee for validation of his tribe certificate since 11.10.2022. Having appeared at NEET-UG-2024 he is in urgent need of some decision. 2.

It is being pointed out that the petitioner's father has been granted certificate of validity. There are several other first degree and 1/2

936.WP.7374.24.odt second degree cousins who have been held entitled to certificates of validity which have been made subject to the final out come of the matter with the Committee decided to reopen. The petitioner is ready to adopt the reply filed by the Ankita Ashok Irlod in her matter and the committee may be directed to decide the proposal expeditiously. 3.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the committee would decide the petitioner's proposal within two weeks. 4.

We dispose of the petition by directing the Committee to decide the proposal, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within two weeks. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 19.07.2024. The committee may consider her request to adopt the reply of Ankita.
