Advocate for Petitioners : Mr. P.S. Shinde h/f Mrs. Vaishnav M. B. ASG for Respondents: Mr. S.B. Deshapnde .....
CORAM : S. V. GANGAPURWALA AND V. K. JADHAV, JJ.
DATED : 23rd JULY, 2015 P.C. :- The learned A.S.G. raises preliminary objection that the petitioners have alternate efficacious remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal. In the light of that, though Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the petitioners, sought to canvass the submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same. Writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy. All contentions kept open. No costs. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) ( S. V. GANGAPURWALA, J. ) rlj/
