All these petitioners are identically placed. By way of specimen, prayer clause B in the first petition is reproduced as

Parbhani, to consider and decide the claim/representations of the petitioner annexed at Exhibit D dated 21.08.2020, 27.08.2020 and on 14.07.2022 requesting to give posting to the petitioner within the radius of 30 kms. from the working place of spouse under the head of Couple Convenience policy." 2.

The learned advocate for respondent Nos.3 and 4/Zilla Parishad submits that the representations of these petitioners would be considered strictly in the light of the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021, which pertains to the couple convenience transfer and such couples are to be posted within the radius of 30 kilometers from each other. 3.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off.

We expect the Zilla Parishad to consider the representations of the petitioners and decide the same preferably on or before 30.09.2022.
