Learned Advocate for the petitioner makes a statement, after gathering instructions, that the petitioner would remove the lock installed on the premises, in which, the ATM of respondent No.2 has been situated, in the presence of the Bank officials on 3.9.2018 at 11.00 am. The petitioner would not cause any obstruction or obstacle for enabling the respondent / Bank from taking away it's ATM and all accessories situated in the said premises. With these instructions, the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition. 3.
