The petitioner has put forth prayer clause A as under:- "A) By issuing a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature the Respondent No.3 may kindly be directed to issue/return original testimonials such as degree certificate, marks sheets of IV year (B.Tech examination, passing certificate, the College Leaving Certificate, the marks sheet for 10th and 12th science exam and other original documents within two weeks from the date of the order."

The learned AGP representing the Committee submits that the petitioner can appear before the Committee at

*2* 89wp8372o22 Aurangabad on 29.08.2022 and her pending validity claim would be decided within six weeks.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would render cooperation and would refrain from seeking adjournments. She is agreeable to appear on the said date.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions :- (a) Respondent No.3 shall deliver the original testimonials, mark sheets of 4th year B.Tech., 10th standard and 12th standard Examinations, college leaving certificate, passing certificate and other original documents, to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today.

(b) The degree certificate would not be delivered to the petitioner until her claim is decided.

(c) The petitioner shall appear before the competent committee at Aurangabad at 12:00 noon on 29.08.2022. (d) The committee would decide the pending claim of the petitioner on or before 15.10.2022.
