DATE : NOVEMBER 04, 2020 PER COURT :- It is submitted that the petitioners has made applications with the present respondent No. 3 for increase in the intake capacity of the existing colleges. The application is pending with the respondent No.3. The respondent No. 3 is required to forward it to respondent No.1. 2.

We have also heard the learned A.G.P. and Mr.Narwadkar, learned counsel for respondent No. 3.

The respondent No.3 may process the application of the petitioner for increase in the intake capacity and forward it as per rules

9-wp7589-20 to the respondent No.1 on or before 25.11.2020. The State Government shall, thereafter, take a decision on the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably by 15.12.2020.
