The parties have amicably settled their dispute and have entered into compromise agreement, which is placed on record, the same is marked "X" for identification.

Petitioners No. 1 and 2 and respondent No. 4b are present before the Court and they are identified by their respective advocates. They confirm that the matter is amicably settled and the compromise agreement is signed by them.

Respondents No.4b is given General Power of Attorney by respondents No.4a, 4c and 4d, copy of which is annexed along

In view of amicable settlement of dispute, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise.
