There are concurrent findings of fact. Both the courts below have observed the Civil Court to have no jurisdiction to entertain the suit in view of Section 146 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act. 3.

After having gone through the impugned judgment, this court finds no reason to interfere therewith. No substantial question of law arises in this Second Appeal. The Second Appeal, therefore, stands dismissed.

The appellant may have his remedy as is available under the law, subject to the Law of Limitation.
