By order dated 08.08.2018, this Court (Coram : Sunil P. Deshmukh, J.) directed the Petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.7.50 lac within a period of eight weeks. Out of the said amount of Rs.7.50 lac, Rs.3 lac were to be deposited within five weeks.

As the Petitioner did not supply the copies for issuance of notice, this Court (Coram : V.L.Achliya, J.) directed on 12.09.2018 that the copies should be supplied within two weeks or else, the petition would stand dismissed.

None appears for the Petitioner today. None of the earlier orders have been implemented and the amounts are not deposited.
