The learned counsel for the appellant -Insurance Company, on instructions, submits that appellant -Insurance Company wants to withdraw this appeal. In view of the same, First Appeal No. 1948/2012 stands withdrawn and disposed of along with the Civil Applications, if any.

The respondent Nos. 1 to 3, who are the original claimants are permitted to withdraw the balance amount of compensation along with the accrued interest thereon till date.

The First Appeal No. 3121/2011 filed by the original claimants shall continue. At the request of learned counsel for the Insurance Company as well as the learned counsel for the claimants, the appeal be placed before the Lok Adalat dtd.11.02.2023. (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE .....
