The petitioner has put forth prayer Clauses 'A' and 'B' as under :- (A) For a writ of certiorari, order or directions in the nature of certiorari, calling for record and proceedings of select list dated 23/06/22 to the extent of selecting respondent number 3, be called for and after examining legality, validity and propriety thereof, select list dated 23/06/22 to the extent of selecting respondent number 3 be quashed and set aside. (B) For a writ of mandamus, order or directions in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to appoint petitioner on the post of deputy general manager (HR) of respondent number 2.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 - Company submits on instructions, that the petitioner has directly approached this Court, rather than making a representation to the Company to point out his grievance. If the petitioner tenders such a representation, with specific details as regards his grievance, the Company would consider the same and after taking into account the rules/ policies applicable, shall deal with the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 15/10/2022. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with liberty to the petitioner.
