ORDER:

1) The application is filed for transfer of Marriage Petition No.1/2015 presently pending in the District Court Ahmednagar. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the respondent-husband.

2) The application for transfer is filed on the ground that both the parties are serving at Pune and there are at least two proceedings filed against the husband in Pune Court and so all the matters need to be brought at one and the same station for convenience of both the

2 MCA 160 of 2015 sides. It is contended that only because the marriage took place in Ahmednagar the petition is filed in the Court from Ahmednagar.

3) In view of the unrebutted contentions this Court holds that for the convenience of both the sides the matter needs to be transferred to Pune.

4) So the application is allowed. The aforesaid proceeding, Marriage Petition No.1/2015 is withdrawn from the Court of the District Judge Ahmednagar and is transferred to the Court of the Principal District Judge Pune. The new Court is to take care and see that no inconvenience is caused to both the sides and the date fixed in this matter is as per the date which is given to the husband in other matters. The date is fixed as 8th July 2016 for appearance of both sides in Pune District Court. Sd/- (T.V. NALAWADE, J. ) rsl
