The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners desire to file a re-joinder in the light of the contents of the affidavit-in-reply filed by the State and by respondent nos.4 and 5 recently on 20.11.2021. As such, let such re-joinder be filed on or before 15.12.2021. 2.

All office objections shall be removed by the petitioners on or before 9.12.2021, failing which the proceedings shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 10.12.2021.
