Petitioner's proposal is awaiting scrutiny at the hands of the respondent/Scrutiny Committee for validation of his tribe certificate. Having already appeared for MHTCET 2024, he is in urgent need of earlier decision since the proposal is pending since October 2023.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner's father and grandfather both possess certificates of validity and the Committee should be able to validate his claim. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No. 2/Scrutiny Committee to decide proposal of the petitioner as

(04) weeks from today.
