PER COURT :- Present matter is fled for giving direction to respondents to extend the State Remission on the basis of Government resolution dated 03.06.2017. Today, learned A.P.P produced on record copy of order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge & Special Judge under MCOC Act, Aurangabad. The communication made to the District Superintendent of Central Jail, Harsul, Aurangabad dated 15.12.2020 shows that proposal is made that convict Uttam Savla Pawar be provided remission of three months as per government resolution dated 3.6.2017. 2.

In view of this opinion given by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, nothing remain in this present matter. Present matter is disposed of .
